- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 15, 2020, by Lake MomVery poor customer service. I have received two arrangements on two different occasions from this florist that were ordered by an out-of-town relative. The first one arrived 3 hours late at my place of work -- after I had left for the day. The second -- a birthday surprise -- arrived a week earlier than the requested delivery date. It was definitely a surprise. I would not recommend this florist.
